Rule 54
Do not do in community forest
(1) In the community forest, any act prohibited by the Act, these regulations and the approved action plan shall not be done or caused. However, subject to the approved action plan, it is possible to construct a ghatgaddi and encircle the forest produce, to build a group's office building at the place specified in the action plan for the daily operations of the group, to build a tower or a hut or a scaffolding for the protection of the forest. (2) No one shall be allowed to use the community forest land without obtaining the approval of the Government of Nepal except as provided in the Act and this regulation.
(3) The community forest user group shall make arrangements to prevent encroachment of any kind on the community forest transferred to them, and in case of any encroachment, it shall be removed in coordination with the Division Forest Office.
